The 6th Asian High Security Printing Conference and 2nd Asian Cash Handling Seminar will be held on 30 October - 1 November 2007 at the Hong Kong Disneyland Conference and Resort Centre. This venue has been selected for it's superb conference facilities and is the only location available in Hong Kong offering conference and exhibition facilities together on one floor. Located approximately 40 minutes from the city centre and 10 minutes from the airport, hotel accommodation is available in the adjoining 5-star, or nearby 4-star, hotels.

The 1st Cash Handling Seminar at Kuala Lumpur in September 2006 was extremely successful and the 2007 High Security Printing Conference will again be preceded by a 1-day Cash Handling Seminar on 30 October with a Cash Handling Workshop on 31 October. The traditional 2-day High Security Printing Conference will follow on 31 October - 1 November.

• 6th Asian High Security Printing Conference

Currency printing and e-documentation are constantly developing in production and usage. This conference looks at regional developments and current issues in high security printing, e-Passports and smart cards. The Security Printing Conference will be of interest to organisations involved in note printing and high security printing, e-passport production and supply, smart card manufacturers and suppliers and Government organisations involved in cross-border security.

• 2nd Asian Cash Handling Seminar

The demand for banknotes is rising and Central Banks are meeting this demand by printing more. Central and commercial banks face new challenges because of increased inflow of cash into their system. Physical cash handling within the banking system is often overlooked and little information is available on cash supply chain management. Different models of outsourcing have been adopted by many Central and commercial Banks. Asia has the highest number of ATMs with more cash withdrawn from ATMs than through bank counters.

• Cash Handling Workshops

The Seminar and Workshops will be of particular interest to Central Banks, Commercial Banks, Mints, Cash in Transit companies, ATM vendors, Cash Equipment manufacturers and suppliers and Cash Software producers.

•Organiser

The High Security Printing Conference is organised by Cross Conferences and the Asian Cash Handling Seminar is organised jointly by Tan Gark Teck of Fabriline Pte Ltd and Cross Conferences. Previous Conferences in the region were held in Kuala Lumpur (2006), Hanoi (2005), Jakarta (2004), Shanghai (2003) and Bangkok (2002).

• Sponsors

The Asian Security Printing conference has expanded to incorporate the Cash Handling Seminar and this 3-day event promotes Sponsors to a broader audience worldwide. Three levels of sponsorship are available (Premier Sponsor, Gold Sponsors, Silver Sponsors). All sponsorships include an exhibition area of varying sizes, dependant on the sponsorship taken and at least 1 delegate (booth attendant) place. Sponsor's exhibition booths will be located in an exclusive Sponsor's Exhibition area alongside the main Exhibition.

• Exhibition

The 30 booth exhibition at Budapest, Hungary sold out a full three months before the conference and a similar situation is expected for Hong Kong, therefore it is advisable to book early to guarantee a booth and obtain a prime location.

The Asian High Security Conference incorporates the Cash Handling Seminar which attracts a wider spread of Delegates worldwide and the 3-day exhibition runs alongside the Conference and Seminar. Exhibition fees are for the entire 3-day event and include the 3rd day at no extra cost, providing excellent value for money. Exhibition fees include 1 booth and 1 booth attendant (delegate) and additional exhibitors must register as delegates.

The 35+ booth exhibition will be located alongside the conference hall and comprise a mix of 3x2m Standard Booths and 2x1 Mini Booths. Standard booths are for companies wishing to display goods or machinery and/or have space for seated discussions. (Double booths will be available for companies requiring more space but these should be booked early for this option to be available). Mini booths are suitable for small companies requiring only to display literature and with only 1 representative attending to man the booth
